I like that no matter how virtual this world is becoming, the first response I get from so many people when I have a show is “Can I have a postcard? Make sure I’m on your mailing list.” There is something delightful in getting a tiny snail mail painting in your mailbox.

If you want to be on my mailing list and get your very own postcard – fill in the form below and I’ll hook you up.

New Work

the living under the skyThe layers on many of the new pieces for I live with others are ending in opaque greys. I can’t remember the last time I used grey.

I live with others opens November 22, 2013 at the Eric Schindler Gallery in Richmond,VA. Opening reception that night. All are welcome.

diptych, oil and waxes on wood

Here’s another from the EP response pieces. This one’s a diptych, painted on two panels that hang very close together. I like using the diptych format sometimes; by dividing the image ideas of connection and relationship become more prominent.
